appointment Policies

Please be aware that canceling your appointment less than 24 hours in advance may result in a service fee.

We ask that any children under the age of 12 not be left unattended in the salon unless the child is receiving a service.

Any client arriving more than 15 minutes past their appointment time may be asked to reschedule.

Complementary consultations are available for all services offered, consultations are mandatory for corrective color.
